Is abdominal fat dangerous?
I believe it is.
There are generally two types of overweight.
Abdominal fat and Waist fat.
Studies over the years have shown that the fat located around the abdomens are far more dangerous than the fat stored around the hips.
It has something to do with our vital parts.
If your measurement are larger around the waist and shorter around the hips you need to lose abdominal fat. Not only to look better, but also to avoid health problems in the future.
A couple of years ago, people believed that if you did lots of sit-ups you would lose abdominal fat. That’s a myth!
You cannot choose where you want to lose fat first. Your body decides that.
As a rule of thumb, the last place you gained weight is also the first place you’ll lose weight.
